Strategic Construction is owned and operated by Jason Lind. He was born and raised in Duluth, MN.  His construction career began in Scottsdale, AZ in 1995. It was there he built custom homes ranging anywhere from 6,000 - 12,000 sq.ft. Jason eventually became construction superintendent in Arizona in which he supervised the completion of (3) 12,000 sq.ft. custom built homes. In 2002 he accepted a position in Duluth MN as construction manager for a development company. During this time he had the opportunity to manage many projects. His greatest accomplishment was the construction and completion of a $25 million resort called Larsmont Cottages. Jason finished his role as construction manager in 2008. He would then become a finish carpenter for a local cabinet and countertop company. He installed custom cabinets and countertops for both residential and commercial projects. He was given the opportunity to take on a project management position with the cabinet company in the engineering department. Working with programs such as 20/20 design, AutoCad, Cabinetware, and CabinetVision.  Jason assembled finished drawings for the assembly of cabinetry, millwork, and countertops.

 

Jason feels his passion is providing his clients with the quality they deserve. With his 20+ years of construction experience he is fortunate to have worked with some of the best in the construction industry. Jason understands the importance of quality work, but also values the significance of relationships with all his customers. His vast experience has provided him the ability to professionally install all construction materials such as cabinets, doors, trim, millwork, moldings, flooring, tile backsplash, drywall, painting and many other finishes. Jason’s background in construction management gives him the understanding and the value to creating projects built with budgets and schedules.
